Yumwear Return & Refund Policy
Every Yumwear product is custom-made through our print partner, Printful, just for you. Because of this, returns and exchanges are limited to specific cases outlined below.
1. Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Email info@yumwear.shop with:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the issue and packaging
- A brief description of the problem
Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or refund at no additional cost. You do not need to return the damaged item.

2. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, contact us. We’ll coordinate with Printful and the carrier. If confirmed lost in transit, we’ll issue a replacement at no charge.

3. Packages Returned to Sender / Wrong or Insufficient Address
If an order is returned to Printful due to:
- An incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the buyer, or
- The package being unclaimed or refused at delivery
The order will automatically return to Printful’s facility. You may request reshipment to a corrected address once it arrives back.
Buyers are responsible for all reshipping costs in these cases. Refunds are not issued for wrong addresses, unclaimed deliveries, or refused packages.

4. Change of Mind, Wrong Size, or Color Choice
Since each product is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Wrong size or color ordered
- Change of preference after checkout

5. Buyer Responsibility for Costs
Buyers are responsible for:
- Reshipping costs if a package is returned due to address errors, refusal, or non-collection
- Shipping fees related to customs or import duties
- Any additional costs resulting from incorrect buyer information
Yumwear does not cover or reimburse these costs unless the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing or fulfillment error.
6. How to File a Claim
To start a claim, email info@yumwear.shop within 30 days of receiving (or expected delivery of) your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description
We’ll review and respond within a few business days.
7. Legal & Regional Rights
Some countries (like Brazil or those covered by EU consumer protection laws) may grant additional rights to cancel or return orders within a limited period. Yumwear will comply with all applicable consumer protection laws where required.
